Relative humidity is defined as the ratio of mass of water vapour in the air in a known volume at a known temperature to the mass of water vapour confined to the same volume at same temperature when the air gets saturated.

Wet bulb temperature , is the amount of temperature which is measured by the thermometer when the bulb of the thermometer is wrapped with a wet cloth.
