What do you mean by Negative reinforcement which is a part of reinforcement theories? Briefly describe it.

Negative reinforcement: The elimination of an unpleasant outcome following the desired behavior, like a manager no longer reminding the worker around a weekly deadline when the worker meets the time limit. This reinforcement is as well termed as avoidance.
