The minimal requirements in order to implement an IAS basically include three things:

a) OS to support the hypervisor or a hypervisor.

i) Preferably open-source software such as Linux and Xen hypervisor

b) Networking topology and implementation.

ii) Public Network or the Private network with the Level 3 Switch

c) Selection of the cloud model as per the requirement or business.

i) SaaS, Software as a Service

ii) PaaS, Platform as a Service

iii) CaaS, Communication as a Service
