Write a short note on the disadvantages of the checklists?

In most of the cases they are completed by somebody other than the risk manager and as an outcome it is possible that the inaccuracies creep in throughout their completion. They can be uncertain. In practical terms it might be hard to have forms completed on time and some reminders might be needed. This is not possible to say ‘how’ the form is done.
