Write down the basic similarities and differentiations between darwinism and lamarckism?

Both darwinism and lamarckism are evolutionary theories as opposed to the fixism, both accepts the existence of processes that caused alters in the features of the living beings in the past.
They have however a dissimilar explanation for those alters. Lamarckism combines the law of use and disuse with the law of transmission of acquired features to describe alters. Darwinism defends the action of natural selection.
