To evaluate his suitability, interviewer does a formal in-depth discussion with the candidate. It is one of the most important tools in the selection process. This tool is used when interrogating expert, practical, specialized and as well as administrative employees. It contains exchange of information by two-way. The interviewer learns about the applicant and the candidate learns about the employer.
