Registrar also ensure that corporate actions are credited per share and demat account of the application is complete and refund orders has been sent to the specific person to whoever it was concerned. In this procedure lead manager coordinates with registrar and they in turn look up in things to see that the whole thing has been followed up appropriately and the finalization of application collected from bank branches and dispensation of those applications are getting done.
