System workflow is a workflow which is established to automate interactions among the applications. Such workflow is generally static and predictable. Whereas, a human workflow is a workflow which coordinates interactions of the applications with people. As human workflows includes both people and software, it is required them to be more flexible as compared to the system workflows.
