Cyclomatic complexity is the software metric which gives the quantitative measure of the logical complexity of program. The Cyclomatic complexity states the number of independent paths in the basis set of program which gives the upper bound for the number of tests which should be conducted to make sure that all the statements have been functioned at least once.
