What is Change Management

Change Management: It is a methodical approach to dealing with change, both from the viewpoint of an organization and on the individual level. A somewhat vague term, change management has at least three distinct aspects, comprising: adapting to change, controlling change, and influencing change. The proactive approach to dealing with change is at the center of all main three aspects.
