Use of Panel control

State the use of the Panel control? Does it is displayed at the runtime.

Panels acts as a container for grouping the other controls. It is a significant control, whenever you wish to display/hide a group of controls and then relocate a number of controls concurrently.

Whenever a new control is created at the runtime, it behaves as a container control. Since, it is a container control; thus, it is not showed at the runtime.
