Type I diabetes is treated with the parenteral administration of the insulin. In type II treatment of diabetes is done with oral drugs which regulate the glucose metabolism or in more severe cases with the parenteral administration of the insulin. The moderation of the carbohydrate ingestion is essential aid for the treatment of the diabetes .The treatment of the diabetes with use of thehypoglycemic agents, such as, insulin or oral medicines, should be carefully and medically supervised as if used wrongly these drugs can abruptly decline the glucose blood level, may cause hypoglycemia and even death.
