The series of steps occurs to produce a full animation are as given below:
i). Make a story or script for the animation.
ii). Lay out a story-board which is a series of informal drawings which shows the form, story of the animation, and structure of animation.
iii). Record a sound track for the animation.
iv). Create a detailed layout of the action for the animation.
v). Associate the layout with the sound track.
vi). produce the key frames of the animation. The key frames are such where the entities to be animated are in positions in such a way that intermediate positions can be simply inferred.
vii). Fill the intermediate frames termed as in-between or tweening.
viii). Create a trial film termed as a pencil test.
ix). The pencil test frames is then transferred to sheets of acetate film known as cels. These might have many planes, example: static background with an animation foreground.
x). The cels are then bring together into a series and filmed.
