Explain difference among static & dynamic RAM?

Static RAM: No refreshing, 6 to 8 MOS transistors are needed to create one memory cell, Information hold as voltage level in a flip flop.

Dynamic RAM: Periodically refreshed, 3 to 4 transistors are needed to form one memory cell, Information is stored like a charge in gate to substrate capacitance.
