In arch reflex, first a sensory neuron is situated in the ganglion of the dorsal spinal root collects the stimulus information from tissues. This sensory neuron forms the direct or indirect connection with the inferior motor neurons of spinal cord. Then these motor neurons command the reflex reaction. So the interneurons, sensory neurons, and inferior motor neurons participate in the arch reflex.
