The Systems design is a phase where system engineers evaluate and understand the business of the proposed system through studying the user requirements document. They figure out possibilities and methods by which the user requirements can be implemented. If any of the requirements are not feasible, then the user is informed of issue. The resolution is found and user requirement document is edited for that reason.
