RM tool, describe its major characteristics

You are to identify and research 3 different Requirements Management Tools. You will write a 3 page paper containing the following components:

1.      For each RM tool, describe its major characteristics (or capabilities).

2.       Based on your readings (that should extend beyond simply a developers exposition of his/her tool) define the ideal set of characteristics (or capabilities) that should be embodied in a RM tool - justify where necessary.

3. Using the ideal set that you have evolved, rate your 3 RM tools from most effective to least effective. Justify your rankings.

You have 3 pages (10-12 points, Roman Font, 1.5 spacing, single-sided) to provide the required information. Be organized, know what you want to say before you start writing it, avoid verbosity, and use bullets effectively.

I want descriptions, etc. in your words, not in the words of another author. If you do quote some verbatim, put quotes around it and provide a citation in the paper. Provide citations throughout the paper. You must provide a list of references - they can be on the 4th page.
