Rank transformation is defined as an Active and Connected transformation. It is used in order to select the top or bottom rank of the data.
Router transformation refers to an Active and Connected transformation. It is same as that of the filter transformation with the difference that, filter transformation drops the data which do not meet condition on the other hand router has another option to capture the data which do not meet the condition.
