a) Evolutionary prototyping: In system development approach, the initial prototype is prepared and it is then refined via number of phases to final phase.
b) Throw-away prototyping: By using this approach a rough practical implementation of the system is generated. The requirement troubles can be recognized from this implementation. This is then discarded. The system is then developed by using certain distinct engineering paradigm.
