Explain the complete procedure of the Delphi method in brief?

a) The coordinator represents a specification and estimation form to each and every expert.
b) Coordinator calls a group meeting in which the specialists discuss estimation issues by means of coordinator and one other.
c) Experts fill out forms secretly.
d) Coordinator makes and distributes a synopsis of the estimates.
e) The Coordinator then calls a group meeting. In this meeting, the experts mainly confer the points where their estimates differ broadly.
f) The specialists again fill out the forms secretly.
g) Again coordinator edits and sum up the forms, and repeating steps (e) and (f) until the coordinator is satisfied with the overall prediction synthesized from specialists.
