d) Coordinator makes and distributes a synopsis of the estimates.

f) The specialists again fill out the forms secretly.
g) Again coordinator edits and sum up the forms, and repeating steps (e) and (f) until the coordinator is satisfied with the overall prediction synthesized from specialists.
