The steps must be taken to prevent mail from ending in SPAM are illustrated below:

Make sure if your domain name has been blacklisted.

If you are using html, then html must be well coded.

Stay away from using spam filtering words, capital letters message or punctuation in your content or subject.

Spam filters seem to see how many messages you are distributing at a time.

Promote your receiver to add you as friend.

Keep the size of your subject under 45 characters.

Do not employ lots of colored fonts.

Only employ one expletive point at a time!

Stay away from employing the phrases ‘to unsubscribe’ and ‘to be removed’ in your message body.

If you want to deliver an imperative message to many groups better employ the “BCC” function.
