Plan of Implementation-Six Sigma

Plan of Implementation: Increasingly operations have become more complex all over the world. This is a result of more use of technology all over the world. With this increased use of technology in operations, the records of work are more important. These records are to be used to establish the base ground for all necessary work that is to be done to put in six sigma efficiency in the process. The objective would be to understand the product low and process flow of the organization in detail. Once this is done by six sigma champion as the consultant, the second task would be to map the process down on the base paper work. The final step in this league would be to establish and analyze the process and mark down the deficiency. The deficiency in this process would help us to establish the problems in the product flow and process flow.
