There are three types of Objectives which are necessitated in any organization to see it grow and provide profits to the organization also. The types are illustrated below;
• Organizational Objectives: These types of objectives are acknowledged and bring the organizational features to a firm. It brings successful changes which help the organization to deal with the chief objectives of theirs.
• Functional objectives: this type states the maintenance of the department’s contribution to a suitable stage after seeing the organizational requirement.
• Personal objectives: These types help the employees to achieve their personal goals and objectives while making sure the organization reaches latest heights. The objectives increase the individual’s contribution to the organization.
