a) All such four factors have combined consequence on the individual performance. When any factor weakens, worker performance will reduce.
b) Such four factor: motivation, capability, role perceptions and situational factors are influenced by some other individual variables like values, personality, attitudes, perceptions, emotions, stress and so on.
