This model exhibits that:
a) All such four factors have combined consequence on the individual performance. When any factor weakens, worker performance will reduce.
b) Such four factor: motivation, capability, role perceptions and situational factors are influenced by some other individual variables like values, personality, attitudes, perceptions, emotions, stress and so on. Personality and values are the most stable elements, while emotions, attitudes, and stress are much more fluid features.
c) Each of such factors associates to the MARS model in different ways. For illustration, personal values influence an employee‘s motivation via emotions and tend to shape the role perceptions via the perceptual process.
