This is the management that puts into use the different factors of production. Thus, it is the responsibility of management to make such conditions that are conducive to maximum efforts so that the people are capable to perform their task proficiently and efficiently. This comprises ensuring availability of the raw materials, determination of salaries and wages, formulation of rules and regulations and so forth.
