We have developed an approach by using the Bayesian networks to expect protein-protein interactions genome-wide into yeast. Our technique naturally weights and combines in dependable predictions genomic features only weakly allocated with interaction (e.g., messenger coessentiality, RNAcoexpression, and colocalization). In addition to de novo prophecies, it can integrate frequently noisy or experimental interaction data sets. We observe that at given levels of the sensitivity, our prophecies are more perfect than the existing high-through put experimental data sets.
