b) Strong members of group will dominate it and ultimately persuade the final decision. Since they are prone to be risk takers, then the ultimate decision will tend to be riskier than that most of the individual members of group.

c) If more than one person is accountable for the decision then it is probable that the individuals will tend toward more adventurous approach than would or else be the case.

d) Mainly people value the risk taker and look less favorably on the cautious risk averter. When this is the case then there might well be a tendency for some in group to follow the risk taker or at least suppose some of the characteristics or features of the risk taker.
