Priority Scheduling:
Every process is allocated a priority and the run able process having the highest priority is enabled to run.
Pre-emptive Scheduling:
A Scheduling discipline is said to be Pre-emptive if the CPU can easily be taken away before the process is completed.
Non-pre-emptive Scheduling:
A Scheduling discipline is said to be non pre-emptive if once the process has been provided the CPU and the CPU cannot be taken away from the executing process.
