Data Stage supports two types of the input link: a) Reference : A link which is representing the table lookup. Reference links are the only used through the active stages. They are used in order to offer the information which could affect the way data is changed, but do not provide the data to get changed.
b) Stream : A link which is representing the flow of data. This is defined as principal type of the link, and is used through both the passive and active stages.
