1) unity of the commands : in an enterprises can be successful in achieve in the goals only if the employee of the enterprises is cooperate is possible only when there is a unity of command in the order to be issued to the workers for the unity of the commands coordination of all the department and all the activity of enterprises become necessary

2) unity of the diversification : in an enterprises all employee are of the different nature , opinion and the nature ability their need liking , disliking and the ambition is different . the activity perform them are also diversified . therefore it become necessary to establish effective coordination among them to achieve predetermined objective

3) increase in the efficiency : it establish harmonious adjustment among the activity of the different employee of the enterprises to enable them to discharge their liability more efficiency

4) development of employee ; effective coordination is solves the problem when they arise while they best co ordination estimate the problem and take care and necessary action  to solve them before they arrive

5) emphasis upon human relationship : coordination emphasize upon the human relationship . when all the department and all the activity of the enterprises are coordinates there is minimum possibility of any dispute and fraction among the employee and the enterprises

6) increase in morale : morale moral is group feeling .coordination is feeling of employee and thus increase the morale of the employee if there is lack of the coordination amount the different  department and different activity of the enterprises the employee will not make the best efforts towards the achievement of the organization objective .
