Cloud computing is the model for enabling convenient, on-demand network access to the shared pool of the configurable computing resources (for example, servers, networks, storage, services, and applications) which can be rapidly provisioned and discharged with minimal management effort or service provider communication. For illustration, Google hosts the cloud which comprises both smallish PCs as well as larger servers. Google’s cloud is the private one (Google owns it) that is publicly accessible (through Google’s users).
