The ancillary roles in the Scrum teams are those with no recognized role and infrequent involvement in Scrum procedure but nonetheless, they should be taken in account.

Stakeholders (vendors, customers): These are the people who facilitate the project and for whom the project generates the agreed-on benefit[s] that justify its production. They are only directly involved in procedure throughout the sprint reviews.
