Explain cell movements
Explain cell movements? How are such movements made?
Expert
Cell movements are movements executed by cell structures, such as the movements of cilia and flagella, the pseudopod movements (in amoeba, macrophages, and so on), the cyclosis of the cytoplasm and the sarcomere contraction in the muscle cells.
Cell movements can be made by the cytoskeleton act, by differences of viscosity between cytoplasmic areas and by intra-cellular contraction systems.
