When the ClickOnce application is installed in the vicinity or hosted online, it is stored in ClickOnce application cache of a client computer. ClickOnce application cache is the set of hidden directories which placed under Local Settings directory of current user's Documents and the Settings folder. Application cache contains every assemblies, application files, configuration files, user settings ,application, and data directory. If ClickOnce applications are hosted online, size of a ClickOnce application cache gets limited to the specified amount; while, installed applications don’t limit to cache size limitation. Cache storage quota is responsible to decide the size of an application cache.
