The final mitotic phase is a telophase. In telophase the subsequent events take place: de-condensation of chromosomes, each and every set situated in opposite cell poles; karyotecha formation about each set of chromosomes making two nuclei; destruction of the mitotic apparatus; re-appearing of the nucleoli; starting of cytokinesis (that is, the division of cytoplasm to eventually separate the latest cells).
