The merits and demerits of acceptance rule are illustrated below:- Till the offer is admitted the offer can't be said as complete so it gives a security that brings the attention of the contract in existence at the moment of admittance. An additional disadvantage of this is that if the offeree discards the offer then offerer can't be admitted at prospect time.
