Describe why interrupts active low
Explain why is most of the interrupts active low?
Expert
When you consider the transistor level of a module, then active low means the capacitor in the output terminal gets charged or discharged depend on low to high and high to low transition correspondingly. If it goes from high to low it based on the pull down resistor which pulls it down and it is relatively simple for the output capacitance to discharge instead of charging. Hence people prefer by using active low signals.
