Incremental. This Life cycle is separated into phases.
iii) Phase is the time span between two milestones.
iv) The milestones are Elaboration, Inception, Transition, and Construction.
v) Process Workflows which evolve through such phase are Requirement gathering, Business Modeling, Analysis as well as Design. Supporting Workflows are configuration, change management, as well as project management.
