Describe Human Resources

Human Resources (HR): Each and every organization has people that mean all organization requires Human Resources (HR) professionals. HR aids manage and develop the people in an association. Sometimes termed as "Personnel" or "Talent Management," HR is the function in-charge of an organization's staff, that comprises finding and hiring staff, helping them nurture and learn in the organization, and managing the procedure whenever an employee leaves.
