DES with Independent Sub keys
Illustrate the term DES with Independent Sub keys?
Expert
The DES algorithm receives sixteen 48-bit sub keys, for use in each of 16 rounds, from the 56-bit secret key supplied by the user. This is interesting to consider the effect of using the 768-bit key (divided to 16 48-bit sub keys) in place of the 16 associated 48-bit keys which are produced by the key schedule in the DES algorithm.
