It can be not easy for the Scrum master to plan, structure and systematize a project that lacks a clear description. Additionally, frequent changes, frequent product delivery and indecision regarding the precise nature of finished product create for a rather intense project life cycle for every person involved. Moreover, the daily Scrum meetings and often reviews require substantial resources. A successful project is only depends on the maturity and dedication of the all participants, and their capability to maintain consistently high levels of the communication by the each backlog and review.
