Market Research: The market research enables us to have an overview of the overall market for packed lunch boxes. It focuses mainly on the people in the market and our competitors. As we have already discussed, the people in the market are our potential customers in employees, mostly from Government offices, who do not bring their home made food with them and have a restaurant-going habit for their lunch. Our potential customers are there from among students from universities and colleges. Our market research aims at finding market segments, existing as well as potential, the nature of the people in these market segments and the reasons for their buying from us in preference to their buying their lunch from restaurants.
