• Front of the house – This word is employed for the employees who are straightly involved in giving services to the guests in the hotel. For illustration: bellboys, receptionist, gatekeeper, and so on.
• High-touch service - These are those services that are already prepared however the customer receive it only when he desires. For illustration: fast food, room reservation, printed information, housekeeping service, and so on.
