In this, the message is decoded and understood by receiver. The receiver has to understand the message precisely as intended by the sender. Communicator of the message can make the receiver listen to him; however understanding has to be accomplished by the receiver alone. This aspect of understanding is termed to as ‘getting through’ to the person.
