Culture denotes the combination of the language and optionally the region or the country. Contents of the Web page of the multilingual Web site are altered according to a culture defined in an operating system of a user accessing a Web page. Culture value decides functions, like Date and Currency, that are used to arrange data and numbers in the Web page. A UICulture value decides resources, like strings or images, that are loaded for the Web page in the Web application.
