Hand moulding is classified into:

• Table moulding
• Ground moulding 

Table moulding :

• Table moulding is done by the experienced supervisor.
• Bricks are then moulded on the table and sent for next stage.

Ground Moulding :

• Small portion of ground is cleaned and then it is leveled.
• After that, fine sand is sprinkled over it.
• Mould is first dipped in water and kept on the ground and the clay is hard-pressed by the hand.
