Why some vaccines which is used in the prevention are not used for the treatment of the infections? Why anti-venom serums are used in the treatment and prevention?

Vaccines are not used for the treatment of infections since they depend upon the primary immune response which takes around a week to happen and is not so strong and effective. Anti-venom serums though are inoculated within the circulation and are used as a treatment provided immediately since they are formed of large amount of the immunoglobulin that is potent against their respective specific venom.
