Problem
Research and write a comparative case study on Leadership focused on two leaders of your choice. They can be real-life or fictional characters; One will be a successful leader, the other less than successful. Using the leadership models, theories, and examples from this and the previous modules, along with the associated readings and videos, examine and compare their leadership styles in terms of what makes them effective, or what contributed to their failure. Analyze their personality types and how they handled their emotions in relation to their followers. Are they ethical and authentic in their leadership? Justify your findings.
The response must include a reference list. Using one-inch margins, double-space, Times New Roman 12 pnt font and APA style of writing and citations.
