Write a written portfolio Paper that should concern a major MANAGERIAL DECISION AREA that would be made within a firm/company. Some topic examples would include:
o Starting a new business or entering a new market;
o Hiring part-time workers rather than full time to handle an increase in demand for the company's product;
o Outsourcing work versus doing it "in-house;"
o Negotiating labor or supplier contracts;
o Developing either a personal or departmental budget and then controlling toward it;
o Purchasing versus leasing machinery; and
o Phasing out a product or moving out of a market.
Format your homework according to the following formatting requirements:
o The answer should be typed, using Times New Roman font (size 12), double spaced, with one-inch margins on all sides.
o The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the homework, the student's name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
