Discussion:
Write a study blog on a local economic development case (either in the US or other countries), discuss the role government played in the case, and analyze the economic, social, and ethical implications of the case. You may identify such a case as reported in newspapers, such as The Washington Post, Los Angeles Times, The Press-Enterprise, and The San Bernardino Sun, or from other media of your choice (i.e. CNN, YouTube, BBS, etc.).
